🧑⚕️ Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide hands-on care and support to our residents in a respectful and dignified manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal hygiene (bathing, toileting, grooming)
- Support with dressing, mobility, and daily living activities
- Observe and report changes in resident health or behavior
- Assist with medication reminders under supervision
- Maintain accurate care documentation and logs
Collaborate with nursing and other support staff - Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited PSW program (Ontario or applicable province)
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (Criminal Record Check)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
👩⚕️ Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering medical and emotional support to residents.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures per scope of practice
- Monitor residents’ health and document changes
- Collaborate with physicians, PSWs, and support staff
- Maintain up-to-date resident charts and medication records
- Respond promptly to medical concerns and emergencies
- Educate residents and families about ongoing care needs
Qualifications:
- Current RPN license in good standing (Ontario or relevant province)
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in community or long-term care is an asset
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

👨🍳 Cook / Dietary Aide
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident needs
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area
- Prepare texture-modified meals when required
- Track and report inventory of food and supplies
Qualifications::
- Food Handler Certification (required)
- Experience in a healthcare or group home setting preferred
- Ability to follow menus and dietary restrictions
- Good time management and organizational skills
🧹 Housekeeping / Environmental Services
Job Summary:

- Maintain and organize resident files and records
- Respond to phone and email inquiries professionally
- Assist with staff onboarding and documentation
- Prepare reports, invoices, and data entry tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative or office setting
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus
💁 Support Staff (Evenings/Weekends)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for compassionate Support Staff to provide non-medical assistance and supervision during evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and general supervision
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Support recreational and social activities
- Ensure residents are safe and comfortable
- Report any unusual behavior or concerns to senior staff
Qualifications:
- No certification required; training provided
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with vulnerable populations an asset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
