Complaints Procedure
Fetch Homes Inc. views complaints and compliments as valuable opportunities to improve the quality of our service. We assure all clients that they will not be victimized for making a complaint. Our commitment is that:
- All complaints will be taken seriously and handled with fairness and impartiality.
- We will provide an initial response within 24 hours and a final reply within 28 days.
- If a complaint is upheld, a written apology will be issued, and we will take appropriate action to rectify the issue, keeping the client informed throughout the process.
- Clients are entitled to involve an impartial third party or advocate in the complaint procedure at any time.
